Claim your warranty
We offer a standard 3-year warranty period to cover manufacturing faults. The warranty is valid from the date the original order is placed and is not extended with replacement devices. It does not apply to damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or unauthorized modification of the product. The warranty is registered to the person who placed the order and is non-transferable. The warranty is activated once the goods are received.
Before Claiming Your Warranty:
- Verify that the device does not work:
- Try charging the device with another power source for 3 continuous hours. If the issue persists, proceed to claim your warranty.
- Do not clean your appliances with wet cloths; it is recommended to use a slightly damp cloth.

The customer bears the shipping costs to our facilities, and SOOKSKINCARE will cover the return shipping costs. Once the device is received, our team will inspect it and notify you by email. If eligible, a new device will be sent to the address you provide.
Please Note That the Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Breaks
- Physical damage
- Improper handling of the equipment or spillage of liquids

Note on Usage:
The warranty is intended for personal use. If the device is used in a professional salon or clinic, the warranty is valid for only 1 year.
