At SOOKSKINCARE, we offer worldwide shipping. We will take care of preparing your order and ensure that your products are delivered to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed the next business day after your purchase, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the following business day. The shipping cost on the peninsula is 5.99 euros, and delivery times usually range between 7 and 14 days, except in case of incidents. For shipments to the Canary Islands, remember that you must assume the costs of local customs taxes, which are not included in the price of the order. As for orders made from outside the European Union, it is important to keep in mind that you will be responsible for paying local customs taxes, and the shipping cost will vary depending on the destination region.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Right of refund and product changes.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase at SOOKSKINCARE. If for any reason you change your mind, you have the right to refund within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you or a third party that you indicate to us, other than the carrier, purchased the products.

We do not make changes, if you wish, after making a return, you can make the new purchase from our website.

We will accept the return of products subject to the following conditions:

The item(s) must be returned in their original state, unused, unopened, unaltered, and without removing the warranty seals they carry. These are cosmetic products, therefore, if they have been unsealed after delivery, they are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

The item(s) must be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day that you or a third party that you indicate, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods, along with the original proof of purchase.

The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and may not have suffered any damage due to improper use.

The return will be validated previously by sending photographs or videos that show that the products are unused or unsealed, which you will have to send us by mail.

The shipment must be sent as a registered package, so that it can be tracked in case it is lost.

  • Once we have received your package and it is verified that it is in perfect condition, in approximately 5-10 days you will receive your refund.

The price to be returned is the one that originally appeared in the order and has been paid by the buyer, not including shipping costs. In the event that the buyer includes discount coupons in the purchase, these will not be returned and only the amount that was actually paid for the returned product(s) will be returned. In the event that there is more than one product in the purchase, the coupon will be deducted from the amount of the first refund requested by the customer.

Returns or exchange of product due to poor condition

If the product(s) arrive in poor condition or the order is wrong by SOOKSKINCARE or the transport company, you have a period of two (2) calendar days to communicate it by email to customerservice@sookskincare.com and a period of one week to make the return to the following address:

SOOKSKINCARE will take care of the collection of the package and the costs if applicable.

Once the order is received at our facilities, its status will be checked. In the event that the change proceeds, a new product will be sent to the same address that was used for the purchase.
